Refund policy

Pure Science Lab offers a 30-day, 100% satisfaction guarantee for all of our CBD Hemp Oil products. Merchandise Returns may be accepted within 30 days of the date of purchase. All returns must be accompanied by an original receipt or proof of purchase that can be validated in our system. We reserve the right to refuse or limit Returns for any reason. All Refunds will be made in the original form of payment.

Once we have received your Return and it is inspected, we will notify you via email that it has been received, along with the total Refund amount. The refund will then be processed. If for any reason, you have not received your Refund within 14 days of receiving our email, please contact us at customerservice@puresciencelab.com.

Shipping is non refundable. You are responsible for paying the shipping cost for all returns.
All returns of open products require a restocking fee, which will be deducted directly from the refund.

Merchandise must be in its original condition and in its original packaging, or the merchandise must be defective. We reserve the right to refuse any defective or damaged merchandise. If an item is defective or deemed damaged, we will replace and exchange that item for you.
