Shipping policy
We take customer satisfaction very seriously. All of our products are tested for quality and all shipments are carefully inspected before leaving our warehouse.
Upon arrival, please check your shipment carefully to ensure that it was not damaged during shipping. If your product arrives damaged from shipping, please notify us via email within 48 hours of receiving your Pure Science Lab order and provide detailed information, including any images you may have of the damaged shipment. All claims for damaged product must be made in writing. Please send your claim to customerservice@puresciencelab.com.
